Responsible for maximizing the sales of AIA products and services through AIA financial advisors and AIA Tied agency to meet individual/team quotas and AIA business objectives for Corporate Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve individual sales goal and meet business targets.
  • To train and develop new and/or non-producers
  • To ensure quotations are issued accurately and expediently
  • To foster positive relationship with intermediaries assigned
  • To contribute to projects and assist in activities and events
  • To conscientiously track, update and report sales numbers and activities on a weekly basis
  • To ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation for new business placement and billing
  • To liaise with internal teams to resolve any servicing and/or operational matters in a timely manner
  • To ensure prompt collection of premium payment

Job requirements

  • Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits
  • HI, M5 and M9 certification
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Dynamic and driven to achieve business targets
  • High level of integrity, accountability and proactiveness and a strong teamplayer
