Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business development and nurture relationships across existing and potential partners within the payment services sector in a B2B capacity.
  • Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with distribution partners, employing best-in-class relationship management to drive the achievement of our commercial targets.
  • Assist in negotiating with new and existing partners, preparing comprehensive meeting packs, compelling pitches, proposals, and other sales materials essential for successful collaborations.
  • Develop and sustain internal relationships to facilitate partner development initiatives and contribute to effective problem-solving.
  • Drive new business initiatives through market research, analysis, and the creation of prospect pipelines within our target sectors, emphasizing the unique offerings of our payment services.
  • Contribute to team strategy alignment with the company's core measures, ensuring a cohesive approach to partner development.
  • Efficiently manage allocated projects, serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, with a particular focus on payment solutions and services.
  • Occasional travel required to oversee on-site exhibition areas throughout the UK and Europe.

Job requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong and collaborative relationships across various business units.
  • Experience working in a commercial partnerships/sales environment, preferably within the fintech sector, demonstrating expertise in payment services, card issuing, and acquiring.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting, leveraging insights to maximize account performance.
  • Confidence in initiating prospective partnerships, with a track record of successful collaboration in the financial services industry.
  • Collaboration with partnership managers to develop accounts, identify opportunities, and address challenges effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
